Information for Trade Exhibitors at Round Table Conference 2011

We are pleased to offer assistive technology suppliers and disability service providers the opportunity to be part of this year’s 30th Anniversary conference of the Round Table on Information Access for People with Print Disabilities as trade exhibitors.

2011 marks the 30th anniversary of the Round Table on Information Access for People with Print Disabilities. Themed Bridging the Information Access Gap: Past Successes & Future Challenges, this year’s Conference will review the impact of technology and service development over the last thirty years and explore the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in a fast changing global and local environment.

This year, for the first time, the exhibition area will be open and promoted to the general public.

Registrations open for Round Table Conference 2011

We are pleased to open registrations for this year’s Round Table conference.

2011 marks the 30th anniversary of the Round Table on Information Access for People with Print Disabilities.

This year’s conference is themed Bridging the Information Access Gap: Past Successes & Future Challenges. The Conference will review the impact of technology and service development over the last thirty years and explore the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in a fast changing global and local environment.

The conference will be held between Saturday 21st and Tuesday 24th May 2011, at Bayview on the Park Hotel in Melbourne, Australia.

Round Table are pleased to advise that a grant from the National Disability Conference Initiative has been approved by the Australian Government’s Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs. This funding provides assistance towards travel, accommodation and registration costs for consumers (including a family member or carer to support them) to attend the 2011 Round Table Conference.
