2013 Round Table Conference Survey

Did you attend the 2013 Round Table Conference? If so would you consider participating in a brief Conference Evaluation Survey? Responses will assist in planning and deliver future conferences.

Please click here to commence the survey. The survey should take about 8-10 minutes to complete.

The Round Table Executive Committee is offering a $50 gift voucher (at a store of the recipient’s choosing) to one lucky survey participant. The prize will be drawn at random from all entries received before the 28th of June.

To enter the competition, please include your name and contact details in the final question.
Please note: Only one evaluation response form per attendee will be accepted.

Screen Reader Tips: Most questions ask you to select a response from a list. We recommend using the up and down arrow keys and Tab and Shift Tab keystrokes as a simple way to navigate the questions. You can choose more than one answer for most questions.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards,

Tammy Axelsen
